Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States and Canada.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business Days.
• FREE local pickup is available (Email us at support@kentuckianaquiltshop.com to arrange)

Returns: 

• I do not accept returns on cut fabric unless there is a defect in the fabric. In this case, the fabric must be unused and still in the original cut dimensions. 
• If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 
• Custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item are ineligible for return.
  
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
